APPENDIX C: COMPLAINT AND DISCIPLINARY PROCESS
A formal report of an incident of alleged workspace harassment to the Executive Team of the SBTS Board of Directors must include the following information.
It will be submitted by at least two members of the HR Subcommittee, representing the Complainant and the Respondent.
