Actual registration and payment options for the conference via STA's conference planning software platform Whova will open on Friday October 10th, 2025 at 12:00pm EST - STA Executive Director, Patrick Flick send the link to all members.
**UPDATED**ALL STA members will be invited to register, regardless of dues status at this time. You may register for the Conference, but please make sure you have paid your or your Organization's STA dues prior to attending the Conference. Main Conference (Jan 7-10) - $400 Early Bird / $500 Regular
*includes Wed reception, Thurs-Sat lunches, Sat banquet + performance festival tickets Jan 7-10 (ticket costs are covered but must be reserved separately via the venue's ticketing system to ensure availability - details will be forwarded to registrants.)
Main Conference + Artistic/Education Practicon (Jan 5-10) - $700 Early Bird / $800 Regular
*limited to 50 participants - includes Mon-Sat lunches, Wed reception, Sat banquet + performance festival tickets Jan 5-10 (ticket costs are covered but must be reserved separately via the venue's ticketing system to ensure availability - details will be forwarded to registrants.)
